Woodland Park in Georgetown, Texas is one of Georgetown's premiere communities. Woodland Park was awarded the MAX Award for Custom Home Community Development in 2004 by the Home Builders Association of the Greater Austin Area. The amazing custom built homes in Woodland Park are situated on wooded one+ acre lots in the rolling hill country. The big lots allow for quite a bit of elbow room between you and your neighbor but close enough to borrow a cup of sugar if needed.
