Many times buyers think “I don’t need help if I buy a new home, the sales person will help me.” The sales person onsite IS there to “help” you but it is my job to represent you and work for you. There is a difference.

The salesperson onsite works for… the builder. The salesperson onsite has to answer to… the builder.
