Churchill Farms in Georgetown, Texas is a community of homes built in the mid to late 90′s by an array of builders; a handful of homes were built in early 2000 on a few remaining lots. Homes in Churchill Farms average from the 150′s up to the 220′s.
There are two sections of Churchill Farms. The front section closest to Highway 29 and where the community pool is located is sometimes referred to as Stonehedge (due to tax records); a few of these homes are situated on larger lots. The second section is right off Inner Loop, this is where the majority of the homes are located in Churchill Farms. The only divider – if there is one – is the flood plain that runs between the two sections.

Since the majority of the homes were built in the mid 90′s, Churchill Farms is a community with established tree growth, landscaping and neighborhood roots. On Halloween night you can’t find a place to park in the community due to all the trick-or-treaters going door to door – sounds like fun!

Churchill Farms is easily accessible, if you are heading north on I35 , take the Highway 29 exit and go east; Churchill Farms is a few miles down where 29 and the Inner Loop meet; SH 130 is less than 1/4 of a mile further down Highway 29.
