Falls of San Gabriel in Georgetown Texas is a hidden community out off Booty’s Crossing Road, I happened upon it while going to a friend’s home – I am glad I turned in to investigate.
The community consists of just a couple winding roads and cul-de-sacs but don’t be fooled by its size. Around each turn it seemed like another unique custom built home waits to be admired, these are not cookie cutter homes – not at all. It was a pleasure to admire these homes and the way they blended into the natural landscape and heavily treed lots. There are numerous lots still available for homes to be built. At the Falls of San Gabriel the amenities are of the natural sort. A spring fed creek with waterfalls runs through the community and eventually leads to the San Gabriel River, where there is river access. The creek winds through 7 acres of common area greenbelt with nature trails. While enjoying the trails – check out the cave formations. (The view was gorgeous from the car on the bridge, I can only imagine what it’s like on the trail.)
