There are currently 3 models at Heritage Oaks; a Comal with 2073 square feet, an Austin with 2256 square feet and a Dallas with 2557 square feet. If you haven’t had the pleasure of visiting model homes by Jimmy Jacobs, they are well worth your time. The models vary from basic to over the top; for me the basic was still very nicely appointed with granite in the kitchen, ceramic tile in the wet areas, Moen fixtures, 9′ ceilings, rounded corners… Now, I have to say the over the top left me thinking WOW!
