Serenada – Georgetown Texas Homes
Serenada is a community of homes on large lots with plenty of trees. Established in the mid 1970′s, these homes range not only in size but upgrades as well. Sizes can vary from 1300 square feet to over 4000 square feet with three to five bedrooms. I’ve seen light fixtures that came with the home in the 70′s and kitchens that look like something you would see in a builder’s model home; the upgrades all depend on who has owned the home and what their tastes and likes have been through the years. It makes viewing the homes fun, each one is unique!
