The Enclave – Georgetown Texas Homes
The Enclave in Georgetown, Texas is a unique community of custom built homes secluded on 1+ acre heavily, wooded lots. The majority of the homes in The Enclave have what I would call a Tuscan-country look and feel: granite counters, arched entryways, oak cabinets, tile, high ceilings and great architecture.
Homes in The Enclave range from the high 300′s and up. Lots are available for custom homes to be built and a couple of builders have “specs” being built at this time. The Enclave is a small community in Georgetown located right off Williams Drive – a small community with a country setting in town.

Getting to The Enclave
If you are traveling down Williams Drive from I35, the best way to spot The Enclave is to look for the 6′ masonry wall right past the church. When you see the masonry wall to your left turn left on Country Road and then take another left on Sutton Place.
