Ranch at Brushy Creek is a master planned community in Cedar Park, Texas.  Located off Parmer Lane between the cross roads of FM620 and FM1431 – you have access to some of Austin’s major commute roads. Homes in this community are nicely appointed and an HOA monitors the neighborhood.

Amenities in Ranch at Brushy Creek include an Amenity Center complete with a junior size Olympic swimming pool, kiddie splash pool with a water mushroom feature and pavilion. Volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas and BBQ pits are also accessible via Ranch Trails Park – located across from the Amenity Center.  There are many public parks to enjoy in this area, as well as hike and bike trails.  Avery Ranch Golf Course is located just a few miles down the road and is open to the public.

Homes in Ranch at Brushy Creek can vary in size and price depending on what you like and are willing to pay for.  A few builders in the community are Scott Felder Homes, Sitterle, Meritage, Buffington, Drees Custom, Highland and Grand Haven Homes.  Home sites range from 50′ to 60′ to 70′; if you are looking for a community but want a little elbow room the 70′ home site might be worth a try. Shopping by Ranch at Brushy Creek

Shopping in this area seems to be endless! FM1431 shopping areas are just a few miles down the road, as well as the Round Rock Premium Outlets if you go east towards Round Rock and Lakeline Mall is a short drive down 620.  A large HEB grocery store, Home Depot, pizza parlor, movie rentals and a couple of fast food places are at Parmer Lane and FM1431.  Ranch at Brushy Creek has many needed conveniences located within minutes.
