San Gabriel River Estates – Georgetown Texas

San Gabriel River Estates is a gated community of custom homes on large 2+ acre lots located on the east side of Georgetown.  The community is horse friendly and too boot, there is even a recreational park that sits on the San Gabriel River bank – what an amenity!

Homes in San Gabriel River Estates range from a modest 2000+ square feet to well over 5000 square feet.  As always, appointments can range since these are custom built homes. A quick glance through the community and you will find a flare for the Texas traditional with the big front porch or a stately Tuscan inspired home with a grand entrance.

San Gabriel River Estates are located east of where SH130 comes through Georgetown, south of Highway 29 and north of Highway 79 in Round Rock; looking at a map will sure help.  With all the highways close by, but far enough for traffic not to be a bother, there are plenty of routes for commuting to work.
